Job Description - Provide general administration support, including order processing, record keeping, and supporting day-to-day operations.
In-Charge all General secretarial duties in handling office administration Assist other ad-hoc duties as required
- Apply, renew or cancel work pass for foreign employees
Source appropriate training programmes for employees- Maintain employees and all HR related profiles
Candidates with relevant admin experience in construction industry will have an advantage- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of employment law and worker management an advantage
* HR knowledge is preferable
