Job Description
  • Provide general administration support, including order processing, record keeping, and supporting day-to-day operations.
In-Charge all General secretarial duties in handling office administration
  • Perform reception duties
Assist other ad-hoc duties as required
  • Apply, renew or cancel work pass for foreign employees
Source appropriate training programmes for employees
  • Maintain employees and all HR related profiles
  • Others
Candidates with relevant admin experience in construction industry will have an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of employment law and worker management an advantage
* HR knowledge is preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,
  • 00 - $3,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
