Job Description
Assist with opening and managing bank accounts.
Handle paperwork and administrative documentation.
Coordinate and arrange logistics for operational activities, such as employee transport, terminal and POS registration.
Provide direct support to the COO and CFO and HR Manager.
Process and execute license application and renewals (PE license, liquor license etc)
Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administration or entertainment industry preferred.
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in administrative or operational roles is a plus.
