Job Description

  • Responsible in doing full spectrum of HR functions
  • Assist in all HR deliverables on performance management, annual increment, leave management
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
  • Manage and track employees Annual Leave (AL) to ensure accurate records and monitoring.
  • Oversee the day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Coordinate with the infrastructure department on all office equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in managing procurement processes and vendor relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software like G Suite, Slack, or similar tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, including surveys, documentation, and office equipment management.
  • Excellent communication skills
