Job Description

We at EcoFirst Pte Ltd. manage global marketing and sales for our suppliers. Our focus area is recycling; paper and plastic as well as stock lot.

Job Summary:


We are in search of an Administrative and Accounts Executive to offer administrative support to management. Tasks will include maintaining monthly accounts bookkeeping, conducting research, generating statistical reports, inputting data into our system, and addressing information requests. Additionally, you will handle clerical duties like drafting correspondence, welcoming visitors, coordinating conference calls, scheduling meetings, arranging travel logistics, and documenting meeting minutes. Our preferred candidate can efficiently manage a diverse workload and prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:


- Bookkeeping and management of company accounts

- Liaising with external vendors for accounts related tasks

- Take and organize memos, maintain filing systems, and handle document reproduction, faxing, and collation as necessary

- Coordinate travel plans, accommodations, itineraries, and related correspondence

- Organize and execute events such as business meetings

- Maintain and coordinate the executive schedule, serving as a point of contact for the executive team

- Generate reports, presentations, and data, and manage files, records, and meeting correspondence

Requirements and Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred

- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative and Accounts Executive or in a similar capacity

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

- Experience with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

- Strong communication and organizational abilities

- Strong IT knowledge will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,

Experience:
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
* Accounts administration: 1 year (Preferred)
