Responsibilities
. Collate best practices/common errors
. Maintain FAQ on Sharepoint
. Run Power Query & Macro to generate daily SPI
. Assist sales staff to access client info (might need to work on weekends based on requirement)
. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills/Requirement
. Minimum Diploma Holder
. At least 1 year's experiences is preferable but not a must
. Independent, self-motivated and a good team player
. Proficient in MS Office Applications especially MS Excel
. Excellent time management skills and prioritize workloads within tight deadlines
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
