As an Administrative Assistant, you will take charge of all administrative matters across APAC.
What you will do:
- Be in charge of all administrative matters across the APAC offices
- Execute office events
- Handle business trips matters
- Manage office inventory, staff lists, expenses and other ad hoc matters
- In charge of maintenance & repairs of office equipment
- Support in on-boarding & off-boarding
- Collaboration with other teams to support on administrative matters
- Ownership of gifting to internal and external stakeholders
- Team buildings (onsite, offsite and virtual activities)
- In-charge of leave and attendance tracking
- Coordinate Training sessions
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years of administrative or office management experience
- Experience in applying for work visas (EP, SP & DP) for foreign talents in Singapore
- Strong communication skills Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage, so as to perform administrative tasks for offices within Greater China Region (Taiwan, Hong Kong, China), when required
- Strong organisational, problem solving, and planning skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Team player with a positive attitude
