Administrative AssistantWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset to add value to our firm and join us on an exciting journey.
The candidate will support and enhance the firm's operations by:
- Managing office administration tasks, including tenancy agreements, IT services, subscriptions, and insurance arrangements and renewals.
- Handling operational matters such as periodic finance and compliance submissions, document and data management, leave, travel, and claims management, and onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Curating and distributing relevant news articles to the team.
- Arranging internal meetings and booking venues.
- Coordinating meeting schedules for the team and liaising with external parties.
- Polytechnic diploma, ITE certificate, or A level qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, operations management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in administrative procedures, office management, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR processes and practices, including a working knowledge of MOM requirements, is advantageous.
- Proficiency with additional IT or productivity tools is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Preference given to bilingual candidates proficient in Chinese
