Job Description

Administrative Assistant

As a Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our customer service operations by goods order and delivery processes. In addition to handling transactional aspects, you will contribute to the overall efficiency of the customer service department through various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service/Warehouse process Experience
  • Co-ordinate with Procurement on lead time on customer order
  • Advise sales person/PIC/Customer on the lead time for the the order
  • Process from Sales Quotation to Sales Order to Delivery to Invoice (Mainly Ex-works)
  • General Administrative Duties:
    • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
    • Maintain organized financial files and documentation.
    • Hotel Booking for Internal overseas colleague
    • Mantain Pantry supplies
    • Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the finance team.

Requirements:

. Qualifications in the Order and Goods delivery processor or related field

. Prior experience in SAP would be highly desirable

. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

. Good time management and organisational skills
