Position: Administrative Assistant

Industry: Engineering Consultancy

Location: Vision Exchange, 2 Venture Drive, Singapore 608526

Salary: $3,200 - $3,400 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2+ years in a relevant role

Minimum Qualification: Advanced Diploma/Post-Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related fields

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, managing communications, and supporting project teams. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and is willing to go above and beyond to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently, collaborating with internal departments as necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, consultations, and site visits between clients and engineering teams.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to the appropriate teams to enhance services and deliverables.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all client interactions, tracking communications for follow-up.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in engineering consultancy to provide up-to-date and relevant information to clients.
  • Commit to ongoing learning and development, even outside of regular work hours.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage several client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
