Job Description
You will be responsible for providing corporate administration services and support to the department, in order to drive improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation's systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of the company's digital mailroom & document control operations
- Attend to phone calls and front desk duties
- Maintain customer database and prepare documents for clients
- Handle corporate administrative functions including repair & maintenance of office, stationery supplies, etc.
- Assist in any ad-hoc administrative projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- O Level/ ITE/ Diploma/ Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Willing to learn new digital software and technology
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable, takes initiative and strives for improvement
- Possess basic Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
