Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin and operation support in training, material preparations, and other logistics purposes.
- Assist in training, marketing, and execution of both physical and virtual training events (e.g., webinars, talks and workshops)
- Manage the training calendar to ensure all training programmes are running smoothly and timely.
- Coordination of all course registrations and enrolments.
- Assist in managing trainers, clients, and end-users feedback, inquiries, and correspondence.
- Provide support in answering incoming calls, appointment bookings, and administrative support whenever needed at night or on weekends.
- Work closely with finance on payment and fee collection matters.
- Provide ad hoc admin and operation support for human resources.
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma holder and above.
- At least 3 years in a similar role and experience in a charity is advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused.
- A good team player.
- Proficient in IT-related troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to multi-task and be flexible to cover front-desk duties.
