At least 1 year of admin experience preferably in a Construction Project Site Office.
Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities:
Correspondence with clients
Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel
Ensure proper documentation in project files
Support in submission of monthly claim / receivables for projects
Record and maintain monthly claim/receivable reports
Generate invoices
Assist in preparing bank reconciliation, monthly finance reports, GST submissions, account receivables and payables, tax-related matters and audit-related queries
Maintain date accuracy in accounting software with proper documentation, filling and entries
