Scope of Work:
80% (Administration Work)
- Prepare payment voucher for staff claims
- Keep track and ensure timely payment for utilities, parking and monthly internal expenses
- Issuing invoices as and when required
- Daily updates of staff movement
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
20% (Motor Insurance Admin)
- Support Motor Insurance supervisor in admin duties
- Documentation and record-keeping
- Occasional liaising with clients and stakeholders when supervisor is away
Job Requirements:
- Min. 1-2 years of working exp. (preferably in automotive industry)
- Team player and self-directed
