Assist Building Manager for all administration and documentation work
Submitting and managing of Purchase Requisition through TenderBoard for all sites
Prepare quotation document to be published on the TenderBoard and consolidate the quotations for the Building Manager.
Receive residents, visitors, tenants, contractors, workmen, etc. and provide directions and general assistance
Preparation of circulars, letters, reports, and other documents assigned expeditiously.
Keep records of all necessary information, documents, etc.
Maintain inventory of equipment maintenance record and all necessary information, document housekeeping and perform general administrative duties.
To ensure proper document filings with labelling and reference control
Other administrative support and ad-hoc duties as assigned by Building Manager
