Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update databases, including data entry.
- Ensure accuracy of record keeping.
- Receive and record of important and confidential documents.
- Preparation of Will documents, including printing, sorting and putting in envelope.
- Assist to verify final signed Will and all related documents.
- Scanning and binding of documents.
- Attend to general emails and phone calls.
- Maintaining consistency and adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Liaising and working closely with other business units within the group in Singapore.
- Able to deliver work within the specified deadlines.
- Must be a team player and be able to work together with colleagues to ensure successful completion and implementation of projects and assignments.
- Willing to coach and train any other team members.
- Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
