Job Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative functions of the Nursing Home / Senior Care Centre, such as carrying out monthly billing of SCC clients and handling stationery inventory
Support the preparation of reports, dashboard. statistics, presentation, and audit materials as required
Maintain the filing system / records fully and correctly
Provide pleasant and effective frontline service to clients, such as registering client's attendance etc
Support the Operations team when required
Perform other duties as and when assigned by Reporting Officer or Executive Director
Job Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare or eldercare setting for candidates with GCE 'O level or ITE or
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in healthcare or eldercare setting for candidate with a recognised diploma in any fields
Strong proficiency in MS Office and able to adapt to use different software applications
good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
Good oral and written English
Good with numbers and meticulous as this role is required to carry out billing work
Able to understand various government financial support schemes. Prior knowledge of such schemes will be a bonus, otherwise guidance on this will still be provided
