Responsibilities
. Assist with the management of the company's mailroom & document control operations.
. Attend to phone calls and front desk duties
. Maintain customer database and prepare documents for clients
. Handle corporate administrative functions including repair & maintenance of office, stationery supplies, etc.
. Assist in any ad-hoc administrative projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
. O Level/ITE/ Diploma/ fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
. Willing to learn and be able to work independently
. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
. Adaptable, takes initiative and strives for improvement
. Possess basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
