Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January
- Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.
DESIGNATION : Administrative Associate (6 months)
RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure department expenses and billing cycles are completed timely and accurately, especially mid-month and month-end billing submission and reporting, and follow all SOPs and meet project KPIs
To handle all department administrative work, manage resources, including office supplies and equipment, and oversee budgetary aspects related to the administrative function.
To plan and execute daily works efficiently, and achieve high productivity and accuracy.
Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
Manages correspondences by answering emails and sorting mail
To observe and give feedback on the process for optimization.
To train and supervise subordinates (if applicable)
QUALIFICATIONS
A diploma in accounting, administrative or business related field.
A minimum of 2 years experience in supervisory role or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative /accounting field
Excellent documentation skills, provision knowledge of Microsoft office, G Suites
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Work location: 37 Joo Koon Circle
Working hours: 8.15am to 5.35pm (Monday to Friday)
Contract duration: 6 months with chance of conversion
