We are hiring a part time or full time adminstrative clerk.
Responsibilities
. Attend to walk-in customers, incoming phone and email enquiries
. Communicate and coordinate with customers in ensuring prompt follow-up and closure for all enquiries
. Process class registrations, invoice and payment receipts
. Correspond with existing customers through phone, text messages and emails
. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers
. Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations
Requirements
. Able to speak ,read and write Chinese words
. Proficient in MS Office applications
. Applicants with experience working in tuition or enrichment centres have an added advantage
. Able to work on weekend but exclude public holiday
. Minimum O levels or equivalent
