Administrative CoordinatorDM NDT, a leading I.R.M. services company in the Marine, Oil and Gas and Petrochemical industries and part of DM Group Services, is currently looking for
Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a full time basis.
Accurately record, distribute, and manage follow-up actions from key meetings.
- Organize and manage training courses, including scheduling, participant registration, and certification tracking on the technician database.
Manage Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions and related documentation.- Oversee applications, renewals, and compliance for Work Permits and Employment Passes.
Process and manage government claims, including childcare leave and National Service (NS) obligations, IR8A forms and quarterly submissions to the (IRAS).
- Maintain organized and secure hardcopy filing systems for all necessary documents.
Coordinate the scheduling, maintenance, and records for company lorries and other vehicles.- Oversee dormitory assignments, maintenance, and compliance with housing standards.
- REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS (must haves/essentials to be in bold, others in regular font)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Good written and spoken English
Min. N/O Level or equivalent (suitable for fresh graduates)- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.- Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, possess a basic understanding of accounting principles, and be familiar with HR processes
Preferably those able to start work immediately or within short notice.
