Job Description
We are hiring full time positions; Entry level candidates are welcome to join us!
Responsibilities:
· Prepares materials for weekly and monthly team meeting
· Generates official documents such as report, employment contract letter, payment invoices etc.
· Maintains proper filing of reports and documents for business usage and record
· Manages phone calls and correspondence (email, letter, etc.)
· Assists in online application and onboarding process of new recruits
· Creates and updates records and databases of internal staffs as well as external suppliers and clients
· Performs other general administrative duties such as documents filing, scanning and printing
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (such as MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) etc.
· Prior admin assistant experience is preferred
· Good command in spoken and written English
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong attention to details and able to work independently within deadlines
