- Roles and Responsibilities
- Review, sort and compile documents from offline to online
Checking role for CRM data submissions
- Preserve and maintain case file records
Bring IT services to full capacity- Use basic office equipment (copier, fax, etc) when necessary
- Help discover best practices, deliver business impact and celebrate teamwork
Support the team with high accuracy and timely response- Have the soft skills to connect with anyone and everyone
Meticulous, multi-tasking, independent and team player
- Minimum professional certification or diploma (Local Polytechnic Diploma Preferred)
- Elaborate training and knowledge program
