Be responsible for general office management, secretarial, and administrative support for the outlet and the Management
Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, arrange travel and take minutes for the management
Update the personal files of the outlet's team members and help to maintain leave, public holidays, food hygiene certificates, confidential records, documents and databases
Prepare weekly, monthly or any ad hoc reports for the management
Prepare service purchase requisitions, service purchase order to vendors, guests chefs and submit relevant documents for tax clearance to IRAS in a timely manner
Apply Work Pass Exemption for guest chefs visiting for consultant work, ensure the document preparation along with the recording and reimbursement for taxi fare
Prepare purchase order documents via Peoplesoft
Assist new team members with the casual labour onboarding process, e.g. uniform fitting, staff pass, door access, IGPOS access, etc.
Prepare signage for operation hours, events, promotions, pillar flyers, price tags, etc.
Upload and update event calendars, manual payment requisition records and SOP in a timely manner
Assist and monitor cleaning contractor passes, attendance and performance
Requirements
Minimum O level or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in Administrative work, preferably in the F&B industry
Possess Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to speak Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates
