Job Description

Administrative Executive / Office Administrator (1 Year Renewable Contract)

  • Provide support for administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, data entry, reception/mailroom.
  • Good in Administrative / Coordination duties.
  • Must be detailed and merticulous.
  • Demonstrated administrative duties experience.
  • Min. 2-3 years of Administrative experience in a Bank/ Financial Institution.
  • Having basic receptionist experience.
  • Working Hours: 9am to 6pm(Monday to Friday).
  • Work location: Raffles Place
  • Working experience in Financial/Banking instituition or MNC is preferred.
  • Contract is rewable depending on Performance/ Business needs.
