Generate quotations, delivery orders and invoices.
Issuance of work orders to production.
Handle emails and phone calls.
Manage and purchase office stationery and inventory.
Ensure proper filing of all documents.
Fulfill any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
2 years experience in administrative roles, preferably with engineering firms.
Proficient in ERP system,MS Excel and Word.
Able to write proper emails in English.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle customers.
Ability to plan and prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks.
Have good team-work spirit, willing to help out in other departments.
Possess the flexibility and willingness to learn new things to gain skills, especially interpreting simple sheet metal drawings, needed for promotion opportunities.
