Job Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the director and her in house companies.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments for various consultants.
Prepare and organise meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritising and responding appropriately.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
Organise and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate and execute personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Assist in special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,
  • 00 - $3,500.00 per month

  • 13th month salary


Education:
  • Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
