Provide comprehensive administrative support to the director and her in house companies.- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments for various consultants.
Prepare and organise meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritising and responding appropriately.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
Organise and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate and execute personal tasks and errands as needed.- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned.
