The Services required are set out as follows:
. Procurement - procurement of adhoc small value items,
including stationery, food catering, bus bookings.
. Student administration - Help to process applications for financial
assistance and related schemes for students from low-income
families.
. Finance matters - Follow up with parents on outstanding bills on
a monthly basis.
. Staff matters - Update leave and medical leave on the staff
movement board.
. Record keeping - e.g. utilities and telecommuniations monthly
usage, photocopy monthly usage, maintain list of expiry dates of
contracts and agreements.
. Attend to walk-in visitors (parents, vendors, etc) and students
requiring assistance at the General Office.
. Attend to sick and injured students
. Answering telephone calls and directing the calls to relevant staff.
. Attend to incoming parcels and school emails
. Any other duties as and when assigned by the school.
