Job Description:
- Responsible for front desk duties
- General administrative tasks
- Provide basic support to the teaching department (e.g., scanning teaching materials)
- Assist students in stay-back and/or self-study sessions (no teaching required, just guidance and support)
- Support supervisors in daily operations
- Help with course scheduling and class arrangements
- Ensure timely and accurate updates
- Send reminders to clients and teachers
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum O-Level qualification
- Prior administrative or related experience preferred
- No experience is welcomed to apply training will be provided
- Weekend work (Saturday and Sunday) required
- Comfortable working in a lively environment with primary and secondary school students
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with students and parents from China
- Highly responsible and highly responsive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent team player, with the ability to work independently
Compensation:
- Work location: Middle Road, Bugis (walking distance to MRTs Bugis, Rochor, Bencoolen, Bras Basah)
- Working hour: 5.5 working days per week (1.5 off days on weekdays)
- Weekday (Mon - Fri) working hours: 12pm to 8.30pm with dinner break
- Weekend (Sat - Sun) working hours: 9.30am to 6:30pm with lunch break
- No working on Public Holidays
- Annual leave
- OT Pay, Incentives, Bonus provided
