The Services required are set out as follows:
.Customer Service - Front counter duties, such as attending to students, parents, walk-in customers, vendors, etc
.Call Management - Make and answer telephone calls, record messages, direct calls and relay messages to relevant school personnel as necessary
.Record keeping - Assist in data entry and compilation
.Logistics - Assist with ad-hoc staff requests, such as preparation of school materials, facility booking, etc
.Student Services - Collate student data, administer applications for financial assistance and other support schemes
.Any other duties as and when assigned by the School.
