  1. The incumbent must be mature and able to accept multi-tasking and general administrative roles.
  2. To provide front-line help desk with good attitude & excellent customer service.
  3. Manage technical & servicing details and gives support to on-site Supervisors & Line Managers. Accuracy of updating & maintaining database of stock control & consumables record.
  4. Good track of filing system and liaison with varies departments for purchase orders and invoices.
  5. Providing first line of contact and response to customer's help desk calls.
  6. Inputting technical and servicing details into computer system and liaising with contract supervisors to expedite service response.
  7. Implementing stock control and consumables records.
  8. Organizing schedules to maximize available resources and ensure service levels are met.
  9. Develop and maintain all general filing, cost control and procedures as may be required.
  10. Liaison with accounts/purchasing departments to ensure correct processing of all purchase orders and invoicing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
