Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide assistance to Manager on administrative duties to completion and help the manager with any necessary preparations for meetings.. They should be well-organized, meticulous and be comfortable communicating with clients and responding to emails on the manager's behalf.

Responsibilities

Aid manager in preparing for meetings, draft slides and meeting notes/documents

Responding and manage emails on behalf of manager

general secretarial duties

general office & administrative duties

manage & assist client's enquires

manage ongoing task & schedule to completion

ad hoc duties & support

manage manager's social media platforms

Qualifications

Proficient in Mandarin language

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

strong sense of integrity

positive work attitude & proactive with high initiative

highly meticulous & independent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay

13th month salary
