The ideal candidate will provide assistance to Manager on administrative duties to completion and help the manager with any necessary preparations for meetings.. They should be well-organized, meticulous and be comfortable communicating with clients and responding to emails on the manager's behalf.
Responsibilities
- Aid manager in preparing for meetings, draft slides and meeting notes/documents
Responding and manage emails on behalf of manager- general secretarial duties
general office & administrative duties
- manage & assist clients enquires
manage ongoing task & schedule to completion manage manager's social media platforms
Qualifications
- Proficient in Mandarin language
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
strong sense of integrity- positive work attitude & proactive with high initiative
