Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Answer and direct phone calls greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing as needed.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and projects.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees and training programs.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
