Exceed the school's customer recruitment goals.
- Provide quick and appropriate responses to inbound inquiries via the website, emails, telephone, and walk-ins.
Conduct timely and proactive follow-ups on all leads to convert them into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).- Be highly responsive and proactive in all customer-facing tasks.
Ensure all potential customers have a positive experience, regardless of enrollment outcome.
- Manage parents, students, governing bodies, and internal and external stakeholders with professionalism.
Oversee all communications and lead management processes.- Convert and close MQLs and SQLs into customers through one-on-one counseling and other appropriate sales techniques.
Provide accurate information about the schools vision, values, teaching methodologies, and philosophy.
- Organize all aspects of open days for prospective parents.
Perform any other ad hoc responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in organizations with high processing requirements.- At least 3 years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience.
Preferably with experience in admissions within the education industry.
- Experience in methodical tasks requiring accuracy.
Experience communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Conversant in either Japanese or Korean language is preferred.
