Singapore Raffles Music College is looking for an Admissions Consultant to support our business expansion in China. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in Mandarin and English. This role will work closely with the Sales Director to achieve the department's goals. Training will be provided in a supportive environment. Duties & Responsibilities
Sales and Client Interaction:
- Handle direct enquiries, received through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, events, and OTC interactions, and follow up on sales leads.
- Promote and market training programs to schools, authorized agents, partners, and clients.
- Set up meetings with potential clients to provide information on the programs available, listen to their wishes, and handle any complaints or objections.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to signing up, ensuring a smooth transition for new students into the college environment.
- Achieve student recruitment numbers and revenue targets.
Agent and Partnership Management:
- Build referral and lead generation networks.
- Select and manage recruitment agents to achieve sales targets.
- Improve agent training and provide pre-sales support.
- Foster relationship marketing to encourage agents to actively promote our offerings.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Actively identify and develop new sales and revenue opportunities through sales calling, networking, and social media.
- Jointly with internal colleagues, launch tactical marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and digital content.
- Participate in recruitment events.
Operational and Administrative Support:
- Handle course applications and payments.
- Perform tracking and review for sales and marketing campaigns.
- Assist the Sales department in any other areas as required.
Strategic Planning:
- Where applicable, strategically plan and effectively manage collaboration programs to ensure successful execution and outcomes.
- Work cohesively with management and stakeholders to achieve overall business goals.
Requirements
- A Diploma holder
- At least 2 years of Sales experience
- Strong communication skills are essential. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
- Individuals with drive and motivation, who possess adaptability and learning agility.
- Adept in using Microsoft Office and online communication tools like Teams, WeChat.
