Engage in collaboration with globally dispersed teams, for campaign planning, analysis, advisory, and coordination of tasks related to campaign workflow development, proofing, and execution.
Adobe Campaign Classic 7/8: Design, implement, and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
CDP Management: Build and optimize customer data strategies for personalized targeting and segmentation by integrating CDP.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain high-quality data standards.
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.
Monitor system performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize based on data analytics.
Troubleshoot, resolve technical issues and provide platform support to internal teams.
Stay updated with the latest Adobe and marketing technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Adobe Campaign Classic 7/8 configuration, management, and deployment.
Strong expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), data segmentation, and integration.
Basic skills for CRM are SQL, XML, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, campaign automation workflows, and platform development.
Fair understanding of marketing technology stacks, data governance, and privacy regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
At Least 3 years of working experience in a relevant field
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and other Adobe marketing products.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau) for campaign performance reporting.
Certification in Adobe Campaign or Adobe Experience Cloud.
