We are looking for expert trainers in food services, food safety, and culinary arts to train and assess our individual and corporate clients.

We are looking for ACTA / ACLP certified trainers who can conduct and assess any or a mix of the below modules:

WSQ Western Moist-Heat Dish Preparation and Cooking
WSQ Western Dry-Heat Dish Preparation and Cooking

WSQ Prepare Classic Homemade Stocks and Soups

WSQ Maintain Quality Control Procedures

WSQ Western Cold Dish Preparation

WSQ Prepare Pasta

WSQ Provide Specialty Coffee Services / Barista Skills

Workplace Safety and Health for F&B Operations

WSQ Culinary Arts and Baking

Eligible candidates will be deployed to teach Diploma courses on a part-time/associate contract basis.

A bachelor in food services or related sectors will be an added advantage.
