The Advisor, Talent Acquisition is responsible to provide full-cycle recruitment support to assigned client group(s), developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across the SEA region, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes to meet business needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers across diverse business units. Understand their recruitment requirements and assist in filling open positions promptly and effectively.
- Prioritize and manage specialized recruitment programs to address unique hiring needs and fluctuations in volume. Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline to support business growth.
- Innovate and implement new sourcing strategies and methods. Utilize a variety of hiring channels, with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing and social media tools, aligning with our brand strategy.
- Coach and mentor hiring managers and interview teams on competency-based assessments. Provide tailored coaching to hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), ensuring adherence to standard processes. Leverage market data to inform and influence recruitment strategies and decision-making.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques, and cultivating talent pipelines; experience working with a large corporation preferred
- Demonstrated track record of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborates effectively with key stakeholders
- Displays continuous improvement mindset and uses data to solve problems
- Resilient in the face of challenging situations
