Job Description

• Book / Confirm appointments
• Front desk and Cashier duties
• Assist doctor during the medical aesthetic procedures
• Provide equipment assistance to doctor throughout procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures
• Provide / advice on procedure downtime, pre & post care guide
• Follow up on patients after procedures and reviews
• Able to handle administrative work diligently

Job Requirements:

• At least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, or Professional Certificate
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with our Chinese patients)
• Preferrably at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
• To have knowledge in medical insurance processing will be an advantage
• Basic computer skills is needed
• Able to work independently
• Singaporean and PRs only
