We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Assistant | Aesthetic Therapist to join our team. Our clinic is a leading provider of aesthetic and cosmetic services, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
Assist doctor in a range of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments including laser, injectables, and skincare services.- Assist with consultations and advise clients on the best treatments for their needs.
Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
- Manage inventory and orders of supplies.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and taking payments.
Requirements:- Certificate or diploma in aesthetics or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong attention to detail and high level of organization.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
