Job Description- Perform opening and closing procedures.
Oversee and maintaining of front counter with regards to tasks such as answering phone calls, registration, dispensing and collection of payment.- Schedule and follow closely on Clinics daily appointments.
Scheduling of therapists monthly roster and reporting the finalised schedule to the management.
- Evaluation and management of staff and clinic performance.
Recruit, hire and train therapists.- Review and improve training materials of the therapists and standard operating processes for better productivity
Ensuring effective communication and teamwork across the clinic and proactively assisting with day-to-day operations
- Update machine maintenance / repairing schedule issues
Monitor stock levels of cleanser and creams and ensure that stock levels are maintained at all times.- Assist management in handling employee issues and disputes.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all beauty clients.
- Maintain and arrange overall clinic and treatment rooms appearance, cleanliness and arrangement according to standard operating procedures.
Assist Doctors during procedures when required.- Performs device-based treatment when is required.
Update and maintain product price list, treatment package and product codes on Clinic Software.
- Updating of Competitors landscape
Cross-check subordinates task before any final submission.- In-change for clinics email account (checking and replying).
Inform or feedback to management if there are any compliance cases.
- Perform administrative duties that are vital to clinic operations, including preparing documents and reports for management reviews
Carry out any other duties assigned by management and the Clinic Sales & Operations Manager.
Be thoroughly familiar and able to recommend products and treatments.- Strategy planning and development for business growth (Meeting with representatives, coming up with new treatments, innovate/improve current treatments)
Ascertain patients end goal for their skin/body and provide the necessary recommendations that will work in tandem to doctors procedures.
- Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications like any allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy before beginning the service.
Provide a friendly, efficient, and courteous service to all member/ guests at all times providing a high standard of customer care.- Able to create a need for patient to return.
Able to cross sell full architecture of business.
- Able to recommend suitable products and treatments based on patients concerns.
Able to learn fast and acquire thorough knowledge on all clinics treatments and products.
A Diploma in Sales & Operations for Beauty Service industry Strong leadership and people management ability
- Communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English and Mandarin will be preferred a lot of our clients primarily speak the following languages
- Result oriented with proven track record.

- 00 - $5,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay
