Job Description:
. Handle sales/retail operations and lead a team of consultants.
. Responsible for achieving monthly sales KPIs, sales targets, direct sales, marketing, or customer service activities.
. Conduct relevant training and leadership coaching to team for desirable results
. Collaborates with Aesthetics doctor to offer professional consultations in skin, body, and hair care.
. Understand opportunities for the brand within the market, discuss and implement sales strategies for the team and identify opportunities to cross and up-sell products.
. Develop comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans that incorporate both clinic treatments and product solutions.
. Advocate the clinic's range of services and products in a manner that educates the customer.
. Offer high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
. Challenge assumptions about performance through careful analysis of the data and acting on the underlying causes of poor performance.
. Generate new contacts/accounts useful for the growth of the business.
. Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and sales tactics to increase revenue and new patient count, improve retention and loyalty.
. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
. Assist in operations in clinic when needed. This includes but not limited to, reception and admin work, patient care assistance and doctor-patient consultations.
. Advise others on business or operational matters.
Job Requirements
. 3 years of experience in Sales & Operations for Beauty Service industry
. Computer literate
. Strong leadership and people management ability
. Communication and interpersonal skills
. Fluent in English and mandarin to communicate with the therapists
. Result oriented with proven track record.
