Liaise with external vendors, including freight forwarders, clearing houses, third-party logistics providers, and delivery contractors.
Process manual purchase orders and shipping instructions for vendors in regions including Japan, America, Europe, China, Indonesia, Thailand, and India.
Negotiate rates and contracts to optimize delivery efficiency and cost.
Plan and monitor inbound shipments/freights from both local and international suppliers.
Track and oversee costs related to loading and unloading.
Investigate claims from distributors concerning shortages, incorrect deliveries, or defective parts with warehouse personnel.
Prepare orders and monthly reports as needed.
Perform any other duties assigned during the course of work.
