Job Scope:
- Implementing the commissioning process for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) at workshops or customer locations.
- Assuring the optimal performance and reliability of AGVs, as well as the network and infrastructure at customer sites.
- Offering troubleshooting support to address any issues related to AGVs.
- Proactively monitoring AGV health and operations, intervening promptly to resolve faults and prevent disruptions to customer work operations.
- Providing technical guidance to customers on AGV usage and maintenance.
- Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records of AGV and site configurations, encompassing both software and hardware settings.
- Collaborating closely with internal engineering teams.
- Developing user manuals, customer guides, FAQs, application notes, and best practices.
- Cultivating strong relationships with all customer representatives.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in E&E, ME, CS, Robotics & equivalent
- Experience in using Linux is preferred
