Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Data Engineer to join our dynamic team, where you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality data for AI projects. This role requires expertise in data management, task tracking, and quality assurance to ensure that our algorithms and models operate with precision. You will collaborate with AI engineers, focusing on the structured delivery of data and implementing strategies to monitor and enhance data accuracy, consistency, and value. Key Responsibilities
- Data Delivery Management: Oversee data delivery for AI projects, ensuring timely, high-quality data for algorithm engineers needs.
- Data Task Management: Develop delivery plans, track progress, maintain task breakdowns, and manage associated risks.
- Data Quality Assurance: Establish and execute mechanisms to monitor data accuracy and consistency.
- Data Mining: Perform data mining, including deep dives into existing datasets, obtaining public datasets, and utilizing web scraping capabilities.
- Data Value Tracking: Monitor and track the use and value of delivered data, focusing on metrics such as user satisfaction, usage frequency, and model performance improvements.
- Data Processing Tools and Platform Utilization: Employ a variety of tools and platforms for processing diverse data types (images, videos, etc.), and use labeling tools and platforms like Label Studio and LabelImg.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis, with preference given to those with AI project data handling experience.
- Proficient in Python and SQL, with demonstrated programming capabilities.
- Familiarity with data processing and visualization tools such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Strong risk management awareness and team collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Preferred: Mandarin language skills for seamless communication with counterparts in China.

- Salary Range: SGD 4,000-10,000 per month, with a performance-based bonus of up to 4 months annually.
