Your new role
As an AI & Data Lead, you will be responsible for:
Working with an AI & Data team to continue design, development and solutions.
Works closely with a data team and is responsible for machine learning & AI models.
Work with advanced machine learning models, focus on large language models like GPT
Conduct research and development projects within AI that align with our strategic objective
Experience in end-to-end development/deployment of machine learning models in production using PyTorch or Tensorflow, with good understanding of DevOps best practices will be an advantage.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree holder in Computer Science, AI/ Machine Learning or a related field.
4-6 years experience in AI/ AML / NLP/ LLM, experience in applying these technologies to commercial projects.
Experience of fine-tuning large language models, coding experience with big data tools including Python/ Java/ R/ Scala, use of TensorFlow, PyTorch and other machine learning Frameworks.
Knowledgeable with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud)
Proven experience of handling project delivery in a multicultural environment, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and working with cross-function teams
