AI/ML Architect (OCR Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect with a strong background in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies. The ideal candidate will design and implement advanced machine learning models to enhance OCR capabilities, driving innovation and efficiency in data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML architectures for OCR applications.

Model Development:Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for text recognition and data extraction.

Integration:Collaborate with software engineers to integrate OCR solutions into existing systems and workflows.

Research & Development:Stay updated on the latest trends in AI/ML and OCR technologies, applying best practices to improve system performance.

Data Management:Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation to ensure high-quality training datasets.

Performance Evaluation:Implement metrics and benchmarks to evaluate model performance and accuracy.

Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and development.
• Proven experience with OCR technologies and frameworks (e.g., Tesseract, Google Vision API).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML models.

Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
