As an AI Product Manager, you will research, develop, and deploy AI product lifecycle.
Your new role
- Led the development of a digital platform for battery cell manufacturing using Agile (AI) & Scrum methodologies, incorporating LLMs, Multimodal RAG, and Knowledge Optimization Algorithms for DataGraph-Based Retrieval for advanced information retrieval and traceability.
- Formulate a long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the product in collaboration with foundational stakeholders, ensuring a unified direction.
- Collaborate with the Software Maintainer and community developers to prioritize features and fixes, thereby enhancing the codebase efficiently.
- Craft and enhance user stories while managing the technical backlog to ensure that issues are well-defined for the community, facilitating a clear and logical development trajectory.
- Interact with the wider technical community to identify innovative capabilities and algorithms that will maintain the product's competitive edge.
- Facilitate, moderate, and generate enthusiasm around technical discussions across various platforms, including GitHub and Discord, to sustain community developer engagement.
- Act as the primary liaison for the technical community, nurturing relationships with developers and researchers eager to contribute to the Foundation's initiatives.
- Organize, design, and supervise developer events such as workshops, training sessions, and hackathons in collaboration with the community manager and external partners.
What you need
- Proven experience (4-7 years) as a technical product manager or in a leadership role within a large technology-focused organization.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural talent for motivating, influencing, and establishing authentic relationships.
- A solid technical background, enabling the confident application of AI and software engineering principles to design products aimed at technical users; a degree in Information Systems or Computer Science would be beneficial.
- Proficient in crafting effective and well-defined user stories, refining them in collaboration with stakeholders and volunteers, while achieving consensus on product direction.
- Knowledgeable about community engagement strategies and tools, including Discord, discussion boards, social media, and events, to maintain active participation from partners and members.
