AI Strategy Leader

Our client is a global Financial Services company currently looking for an experienced and dynamic AI Strategy Leader to join their central Data team.

This senior-level role will focus on creating and executing a comprehensive AI strategy to position their at the forefront of innovation. The successful candidate will work closely with C-level executives, board members, and various cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives that align with business goals, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver superior customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AI strategy development and stakeholder management, as well as strong communication and presentation skills essential for influencing senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement AI Strategy: Define and lead the company's AI vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior executives, including the board of directors, to communicate AI's strategic value and obtain buy-in for AI initiatives.
• Market and Technology Trends: Monitor emerging AI and machine learning trends, identify new opportunities, and assess their relevance and impact on the insurance sector.
• Operationalize AI: Work with data science, data engineering, and IT teams to establish scalable AI capabilities across various functions, driving productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Performance Measurement: Define success metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of AI initiatives.
