- Proficient in hand-drawing and design software to translate design concepts into models and renderings.
- Mastery of various design styles with a creative mindset to produce distinctive works.
- High aesthetic standards, ensuring design elements align with brand style, drawing inspiration from multiple fields to imbue jewelry with emotion and soul.
Communication and Collaboration
- Work closely with the brand team to understand requirements and align with brand strategy.
- Listen to client feedback to optimize designs and improve satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Passionate, dedicated, detail-oriented, striving for perfection, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- 1-2 years of jewelry design experience or new designers from specialized institutions, with a portfolio and hand-drawn sketches.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese, Japanese, and Italian are a plus.
- Familiarity with material cost estimation is a plus.
- Winning an international design competition is a plus.
